Booked a suite for eight clients. One invoice, one contact, and everything arrived when they said it would. The terrace above the pit lane is worth the money on its own. You hear the cars before you see them.

Race day at Monza. Most people take the full weekend rather than the Sunday on its own, because practice and qualifying are when the grandstands are quiet enough to walk around.

Before you book
The answers, not a link to them.
When do I get the tickets?
Digital tickets arrive by email between seven and two days before the event. Hospitality packages are collected from the venue reception on the day against photo ID.
What do I need to bring?
Photo ID matching the lead booker's name, and the confirmation email. Suites and hospitality lounges will have your party listed at the door.
Is there a dress code?
Smart casual in most hospitality lounges: no sportswear, and no trainers at some venues. We confirm the exact code for your fixture in writing when you book.
Can I change the names on a booking?
Yes, up to 48 hours before the event, free of charge. Tell your account manager and they will reissue.
What if I need to cancel?
We confirm the cancellation and refund terms for your specific package in writing, with the quote, before you pay anything. Ask your account manager and they will send them through.
Are the venues accessible?
Accessible seating and step-free routes are available at every venue we work with. Tell us what you need when you enquire and we will confirm the specific provision for your block before you pay.
Can you handle dietary requirements?
Yes, on every hospitality and suite package. We pass them to the venue kitchen at least 72 hours before the event.

We were in the lounge from half two and nobody rushed us. Three courses, a proper table, and the seats were on the halfway line rather than tucked in a corner like the last hospitality package we bought elsewhere. The host met us at the entrance and found us again at half time.
